The team from Deluxe Corperation’s Small Business Revolution has been busy this week in Bristol Borough.

Crews have talked to dozens of Bristol residents in the week they’ve been here and gathered hours of footage that will be used in the upcoming streaming series that will air in October on Hulu.com and SmallBusinessRevolution.org.

“I’m seeing why so many people love the community,” said Amanda Brinkman, ‎chief brand and communications officer at Deluxe and host of the series.

“We’ve been so taken by how supportive everyone is of one another,” she said.

Friday morning snow made a bit of a mess of their plans but the crew will be filming a sit down with town leaders, business owners and residents. Brinkman will be joined by her co-host, Robert Herjavec of “Shark Tank” fame.

The public is invited to the intersection of Mill and Wood streets as the crew films the opening sequence of the show. Portions of Mill Street will be closing around 4 p.m. and shooting will begin around 4:15 p.m., Cameron Potts, vice president of communications for Deluxe said. He added that if weather is a problem, the crew will shoot at the Mill Street Cantina.

Brinkman said the crew has talked with 20 business owners and will be narrowing down the field to six that will prominently be featured on the show. She explained that the businesses will be picked based on need and also whether they had an interesting story for the series.

Brinkman said the crew would leave Friday evening and return four or five more times into summer to shoot for the series. The six business owners will also be flown out to Deluxe headquarters in Minnesota to work with the crew.
