A Philadelphia man was arrested Friday night on charges he sexually assaulted a girl when she was 11 years old.
Thomas Eck, 66, allegedly sexually assaulted the 11-year-old girl in August 2016 in a home on Pumpkin Hill Road in Bristol Township’s Levittown section.

The sexual assault was reported via a state tip line in January and investigated by Detective Robert Lebo, according to court papers.
On February 14, investigators spoke with Eck and he admitted to sexually assaulting the girl in August 2016, police said.
Eck was arraigned Friday night before District Judge Daniel Baranoski on charges of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. He was imprisoned on 10 percent of $250,000.
