Organizers said hot dogs, friends, soft pretzels and popcorn will be offered while supplies last. In addition, there will be a DJ, the Bracken Cavilers All Age Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps and a few other unannounced performers.
The Bristol spirit will be out in full force with a Bristol Stomp dance contest at the wharf. There will also be balloon art, gift certificate prizes and more for residents to enjoy.

The celebration comes after Bristol won Deluxe Corporation’s Small Business Revolution competition Wednesday. The win provides Bristol with a $500,000 grant to put toward strengthening the small business community and makes the riverfront town the location of the next season of the “Small Business Revolution” streaming series that is hosted by Amanda Brinkman and “Shark Tank” investor Robert Herjavec.
The show starts production in Bristol early next month.
