Police are investigating the theft of 14 catalytic converters in Bristol Township.
The theft happened at the bus depot in the 400 block of Bowen Avenue off New Falls Road between 8 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday, police said. They added the buses were parked at the depot when the overnight theft happened.

The value of the theft was $16,000, police said.
Using power tools, catalytic converters can easily and quickly be cut away from the undercarriage of vehicles. The car parts contain high-value metals and can be resold online for more than $100.
