A Levittown man was arrested after allegedly getting into a dispute with his former girlfriend Sunday at the Racquet Club apartments.
Bobby Langley, whose age is not given on a court docket, was contacted over the weekend when he took the keys to his ex-girlfriend’s car and fled, according to paperwork filed by Middletown police.

Authorities said they called Langley and he admitted to having the keys. Court papers state he refused to turn the keys over to his ex-girlfriend because he needed to use the car on the following day.
The probable cause affidavit states that the situation was rectified and at the victim’s request, Langley was instructed not to contact the victim again.
A short time later, however, police were called back to the scene.

When officers arrived, they found Langley’s former girlfriend on the ground being tended to by medics.
Langley allegedly approached the woman as she was getting into her car. Court papers state he began yelling at her and forced his way into the car, pushing her into the passenger seat. Langley was driving out of the parking lot, and when he turned the car, the victim fell into the door and out of the car.

Langley is being charged with four misdemeanors including simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. He also has a summary charge of harassment.
Langley was arraigned and was being held on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
