Bucks County Judge Wallace Bateman also sentenced Darroch to no contact with the victim and no unsupervised contact with a minor. He is also under sex offender supervision after the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board found him to be a sexually violent predator.

According to court papers, the victim told police she awoke to find Darroch tongue kissing her as she slept on the couch after a night of watching the movie “300” with her boyfriend and other adults. The unwanted kissing turned to Darroch placing his fingers inside the victims vagina.

The indecent assault happened after the woman’s boyfriend went to another room.

The woman yelled and shoved Darroch before he stopped, police wrote in court papers.

Officers were called to the Arthur Avenue home after a fight broke out following the assault.

Darroch told detectives the incident was consensual and said both were “very drunk.”

Court records indicate that Darroch was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a child in 2002. He pleaded guilty in that case and case notes indicated he violated his parole.

Following his sentencing, Darroch filed a notice of appeal last week, a court docket states.
