A crash along West Lincoln Highway in Middletown caused traffic troubles Monday night.
As utility crews worked to repair down poles in the 1800 block West Lincoln Highway between Route 1 and Harris Avenue, fire police from various towns were in the area to direct drivers as lane restrictions were put in place around the work.
