Attempted Burglary

A resident reported at 3:18 p.m. on the 100 block of Harris Avenue that sometime overnight an unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry by breaking the garage window. No entry was gained to garage or the house.

October 30

Theft

A resident reported at 5:06 p.m. on the 1500 block of Clyde Waite Boulevard that sometime overnight an unknown person(s) broke the driverโ€™s side window on ย a 2007 International truck and stole a GPS, Bluetooth and change. Approximate value $600.

A resident reported at 8:39 p.m. on the 800 block of State Road that an unknown person(s) stole a pressure washer. Approximate value $300.

A resident reported at 9:27 a.m. on the 1400 block of Manning Boulevard that sometime between 3:00 a.m. on 10/30 and 4:00 a.m. on 10/30 an unknown person(s) damaged four windows by smashing them on three parked vehicles. Approximate damage $1,000.

October 31

Burglary

A resident reported at 1:37 a.m. on the 100 block of Openwood Lane that sometime between 11:00 a.m. on 10/30 and 1:30 a.m. on 10/31 an unknown person(s) gained entry through a window. Stolen was cash, a pair of Nike sneakers. Approximate value $2,330.00.

Theft

A resident reported at 4:14 a.m. on the 6400 block of Bristol Pike that an unknown person(s) entered this location and stole a cell phone. Approximate value $80.

Vandalism

A resident reported at 4:19 .m. on the 6400 block of Bristol Pike that sometime overnight an unknown person(s) slashed the front tire of a parked 2013 Chevrolet. Approximate damage $100. ย ย

Arrest

A 25-year-old Croydon man was arrested at Louise Avenue and Spencer Drive in Croydon for simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned and sent to prison on 1- percent of $25,000 bail.

Vandalism

Between 10/29 and 10/31, several trucks parked in the 1500 block of Clyde Waite Boulevard were damaged. The vehicles’ radios were torn out and numerous dents were caused.ย Approximate damage $2,500.
