Cops: Man Used Credit Cards That Weren’t His

Police have arrested a man in connection with a recent identity theft case.

Jason Davis, 39, of Falls Township’s Fairless Hills section, wasย charged with four felonies of forgery and a total of 16 misdemeanors of varying degrees in relation to identity theft, receiving stolen property and using deception to steal.

Falls police allege that Davis used creditย cards that did not belong to him to makeย $365.79 in purchases from different stores throughout Bucks County.

Officials were able to track down Davis after conducting an investigation that looked at video footage of Davis making purchases with the victim’s credit cards.

The victim’s credit cards were reportedly in his wallet when it was stolen from his vehicle.

Davis was arraigned by on-call District Judge Mickย Petrucci and released on unsecured bail.
