The Hillary Clinton campaign is preparing to open an office in Bristol Borough.
On its website, Clinton’s campaign has announced they will hold an RSVP-only opening party Monday evening at their office at 247 Mill Street in Bristol. The office fills former Mill Street Marketplace storefront at Mill and Wood streets.

Mill Street has been a popular destination for Democrats in recent years. During her failed 2008 run for the White House, Clinton opened a storefront office at 303 Mill Street. Several other Democrats running for office in the county, including Barack Obama’s campaign, have rented office space on Mill Street.
The Clinton campaign operates its Bucks County headquarters out of a space at 378 North Main Street in Doylestown. The Central Bucks County office opened in late June.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump does not currently operate a publicly listed campaign office in Bucks County. The Trump campaign’s closest office is located in Conshohocken, Montgomery County.

The ground game will likely be important for both candidates, who both have high unfavorability ratings in polls and have have been connected to numerous controversies.
