The identification was made after Bucks County investigators sent fingerprints taken from the corpse to the New Jersey Regional Operations and Intelligence Center. The fingerprints that were sent over from Bucks County were matched by New Jersey authorities, an official told LevittownNow.com.
Bozarth and 55-year-old Kim Goldsboro of Camden drove to the Pennsbury Pharmacy at 8545 New Falls Road in Falls’ Levittown section in a minivan stolen out of Gloucester County, New Jersey. Bozarth, according to police, walked into the pharmacy wearing a Halloween mask and carrying with a shotgun concealed by an umbrella.

Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler said he would not move to prosecute Lee and commended him for defending himself.
“There is no thought to prosecute the shooter in this case. It was entirely justified. And frankly, he should be commended,” Heckler said last Friday afternoon. “He asked for what he got and he got it.”

Police said that zip ties were found on Bozarth and the theory is the robbers planned to tie up Lee while the pharmacy was ransacked. Heckler said a “whole ton of illicit drugs” could have been taken if the robbery went through.
Goldsboro, who was the getaway driver, was arrested outside the pharmacy after his partner in crime was shot. He has since been charged with homicide, robbery, conspiracy and possession of an instrument of crime. He remains in Bucks County prison without bail.
