Police said the man who called them to report the road-rage incident said the driver of a white compact sedan pulled a handgun or BB gun after the white car attempted to pass the 9-1-1 caller on the shoulder of Veterans Highway (Route 413) near Plumbridge Pass around 10:55 a.m. The driver of the white car was not able to pass the other vehicle due to the fact the road narrowed and he appeared to become annoyed.

Near the intersection of Veterans Highway and New Falls Road, the driver heard a “pinging” sound and saw debris coming out of the a weapon the driver of the white sedan was holding, police said.

Two small circular indentations were found on the rear of the 9-1-1 caller’s car, police said.

Aside from describing the driver of the compact car as a white male with short, light, brown hair, no further description or travel direction was given to police.
