An Acura driven by a 34-year-old Lambertville, New Jersey woman crossed the center line of Route 29 and swiped the side of a Jeep Wrangler driven by a 47-year-old Bristol man. The Acura eventually ended up hitting a Ford F-250 pickup truck driven by a 55-year-old Langhorne man nearly head-on, according to New Jersey authorities.

Police said the Lamberville woman may have fallen asleep at the wheel. The woman was cited for careless driving.

The Langhorne man suffered a minor injury, and the Bristol man was unhurt. The Lamberville woman had to be freed by firefighters and was taken to a Trenton-area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
