Another young woman has come forward and alleged the ex-husband of a day care operator touched her inappropriately.

Yardley resident Harry Lawrence, 54, was charged last week with indecent assault of a person under 13 and corruption of minors.

Lawrence is already charged and awaiting a preliminary hearing after he was arrested late last year for sexually assaulting a young girl up to a dozen times inside a now-closed Vernon Road, Falls Township day care between 2000 and 2003.

According to court papers, the latest accuser came forward and said Lawrence touched her inappropriately in 2002 and 2003 when she was 7 and 8 years old.

The alleged sexual assault by Lawrence reportedly happened inside the basement of his ex-wife’s Falls Township day care.

In January, Lawrence pleaded guilty to stealing more than $55,000 in Social Security benefits meant for his own daughter.

Investigators said they fear Lawrence could have sexually assaulted more children over the years his wife operated Little Joys Day Care. Lt. Hank Ward said in December that the day care previously operated in Bristol Township and later on Vernon Road in Falls.

Lawrence remains in Bucks County prison unable to post bail.
