According to Penndel police, a Middletown officer contacted the department earlier this month and stated a girl going to school in the Neshaminy School District reported she was sexually assaulted in the borough. Officers from Penndel took over the investigation and began speaking with the girl.

The following is a summary of what the girl told police:

On Sunday, January 24, the day after the blizzard, the girl walked into Krier’s room in a home on Woodland Avenue to find him sitting on a computer chair at a desk. Krier was using the computer to view porn and showed the girl a video of a woman masturbating. The girl went to leave and noticed the door was locked.

Krier asked the girl if she wanted him to “do it on you or show you on the computer.” Krier then searched the female anatomy on Google and began explaining it to the girl.

The 36-year-old man pulled the girl’s pants down and sexually assaulted the girl.

The girl was eventually able to pull her pants up and get away from Krier.

Krier is set to have a preliminary hearing before District Judge Daniel Baranoski on March 2.
