DUI & Possession Of A Controlled Substance
A 34-year-old Bensalem man was arrested at the Wawa on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road at 2:15 a.m. He will be charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A rear window of a 2001 Ford Escape parked in the driveway of a home on Center Street in Levittown was smashed out. The damage is estimated to be $1,000.

A Viva Super-Moto brand ATV was stolen between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. from the front of a home on Cactus Road in Levittown. The ATV has a green body with black, white and yellow decals. The suspect(s) cut the locks securing the ATV outside of the home. The value of the theft is $500.
