Forecasters Say Levittown Could See 4 To 6 Inches Of Snow

The Levittown area can expect between 4 and 6 inches of snow to fall between late Monday night and Tuesday evening, according to forecasters.

The new snow total call came shortly after a Winter Storm Warning was issued Monday for the lower and central portion of Bucks County.

“There is still some uncertainty with snow amounts” forecasters from the National Weather Service’s Mount Holly, New Jersey office said.

While a far cry from last month’s blizzard, the storm could cause some problems on area roads during the Tuesday commute. The snow is expected to fall throughout the day before ending at night.

Brine was spotted being placed on busy roads like Route 1 and New Falls Road Monday afternoon.
