From the Neshaminy School District:

The Congress is an honors-only program for high school students who are passionate about science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Kevin was chosen to represent Neshaminy based on his academic achievement, leadership potential and passion for science and technology. At the Congress he will join students from around the country to hear Nobel Laureate and National Medal of Science winners talk about current scientific research and the future of science and technology as well as educational opportunities.
