Local police were involved in a car chase that ended when the suspect eluded officers in Philadelphia.
A Bristol Borough patrolman spotted a subject wanted on felony charges in the area of Route 13 and Beaver Street early Wednesday morning. The officer tried to initiate a traffic stop and the subject’s vehicle fled, according to Sgt. Joe Moors.

The vehicle was pursued by police before it was lost on a side street in northeast Philadelphia.
Moors said the same subject, whose name was not released, fled police a few nights before.
Bristol Township police said they provided assistance to borough officers.
