Police wrote in court documents that they responded to the Edgely Estates apartment complex on November 14 for reports of a robbery that had just taken place. The victim identified to police that sheย ย knew the actor, identified as Miller, and that he was known to drive a red Dodge Avenger with Georgia plates.

The victim told police that after a physical altercation with Miller earlier in the evening, Miller and the other subject broke into her apartment, physically assaulted her and stole her iPhone.

Shortly after responding to the complex, police noticed the vehicle described by the victim driving along Edgely Road. A traffic stop was initiated and Miller was taken into custody.

The Brooklyn man noted that Miller wanted the victim’s phone in order to delete a compromising photo that had been taken of him the night before, police said.
