A former Bucks County man accused of masturbating until he ejaculated in front of two young girls was arrested Friday night in Oregon.
Thomas Burghaze, 44, a former resident of Northampton, is wanted by Middletown police on charges including corruption of minors, indecent exposure and criminal solicitation of minors, according to a warrant filed in September. The 44 year old was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Washington County, Oregon sheriff deputies Friday night, according to Detective Andrew Amoroso.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office in Hillsboro, Oregon confirms on its jail listing that Burghaze is in custody on a fugitive hold. He is expected to be extradited back to Pennsylvania.
Amoroso said police found Burghaze after talking with his family out of state and tracking down leads.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, Burghaze is accused of masturbating until he ejaculated in front of a 9-year-old girl and her friend in June. The incident reportedly happened while Burghaze was inside residence at the Harper’s Crossing complex in Middletown.

Burghaze is also accused of asking the girls if they wanted to touch his penis while he was masturbating or whether they wanted to pull down their pants, police said.
In April, Burghaze allegedly pulled down his pants and flashed three young girls, according to court records.

Amoroso told LevittownNow.com in September that Burghaze was last known to live at an address on Buttonwood Drive in Northampton’s Churchville section, but he had since shut off his phone and left the area.
