Bristol Township narcotics officers have arrested a Bristol man after reports of a drug transaction at a gas station in the 5900 block of Mill Creek Road.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., two township officers, after noticing what appeared to be a narcotics transaction, approached the vehicle involved. When they did, a female, who is not being identified, yelled and ran directly into one of the officers. Taylor Webb-Hall, 24, then jumped out of the vehicle and left his vehicle running.

Police noted that when Webb-Hall was running, he ran right out of both his shoes.
Court documents stated Webb-Hall ran across Mill Creek Road and through traffic, down Green Lane and through two residential yards before arriving at Black Ditch Gulch Creek. He was taken into custody in the area of the creek, police said.
Officers noted they found Webb-Hall with a cigarette pack which inside had 11 bags of heroin, 22 Xanax pills and four Oxycodone pills.

The female involved was found with six bags of heroin and two Xanax pills. Lt. Terry Hughes said her name was being withheld and her arrest would proceed via summons.
Webb-Hall was arraigned on possession and delivery charges and was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
