When police arrived, Troutman’s neighbors all stated there has been trouble before. According to court records obtained by LevittownNow.com, officers have been called to the street to deal with neighbor disputes in the past.
Troutman’s neighbor told an officer she arrived home only to be confronted by Troutman and his wife on July 15. The woman claims Troutman allegedly threatened to kill her and called her a “whore.”

As the a man who was with the woman turned away from the couple, Troutman attempted to throw a punch from behind a fence. He then spit on the man, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by police.
The man felt threatened and then engaged in a tussle with Troutman, court papers stated.
“Once one the ground, [the man] warned Troutman not to threaten his family again,” a police officer wrote in the court documents.
