A New Jersey man is accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old boy inside the bathroom of a Falls Township buffet.
David P. Bishop, 48, of Lambertville, New Jersey, is accused of flashing his exposed penis toward the boy in the bathroom of the Old Country Buffet on Commerce Boulevard on June 4.

The 13 year old told police he was washing his hands after eating and went to grab a paper towel when Bishop passed behind him toward the sink, according to court papers.
Bishop then said “hey you” and turned toward the boy with his pants around his ankles and his penis exposed, court papers stated.
The boy’s brother entered the bathroom and saw Bishop turn away with his pants down and continued to wash his hands, police said.

After washing his hands, Bishop pulled up his pants and left the bathroom, police said.
Bishop was charged via summons with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
