Bristol Borough police Sgt. Joe Moors said he knew something was off when a group of teenagers sitting on a porch began to flee as he drove past.
He was right.

Moors caught up to a 15-year-old girl as she stumbled away from the porch in the 300 block of Washington Street around 1:15 a.m. last Saturday. The girl was clearly intoxicated, police said.
At the house where the teens were spotted, borough officers found a large amount of alcohol and more than a dozen young people between the ages of 15 and 20. The majority of the young people cited were residents of Middletown, Langhorne and Penndel, police said.
The party was held at the house when the host’s parents were away, police said.
