Falls Township police have arrested a Trenton man after they say he broke down the door at a trailer park in attempt toย be reconciled for a drug deal.
In the early morning hours of Monday, August 3, police received a call from a resident that stated a black male with dreadlocks had kicked in her front door at the Delware Valley Trailer Park along Bristol Pike. According to a probable cause affidavit, when police arrived they found a silver jetta with New Jersey plates parked in front of the residence. When police approached the home, they observed Nnanna Akuma, 23, exiting through the front door.

According to the man inside the home, he was inside the bathroom when he heard a loud bang. When he came into the living room he found Akuma there, who asked repeatedly where the female resident was. When the man told Akuma she wasn’t home, he attempted to drag the man outside telling him he was going to “f**k him up”. It was then that the man called the female resident to notify her.
As noted in court documents, the female resident told police she met Akuma several months ago when she began buying drugs off him. She told police she owed Akuma money and that he had been sending her threatening text messages throughout the day. According to police record, Akuma told both residents he would beat them if he didn’t receive his money.
Akuma was arrested and charged with one felony count of burglary, one felony count of criminal trespassing, one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats, and one summary charge for criminal mischief. Akuma sits in jail tonight on 10 percent of $100,000 bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled with District Judge Jan Vislosky set for August 19.
