The plaintiffs content that the injuries suffered caused pain, continuing medical care, mental anguish and lost earning and wages. Thomas Burke claims the incident has had a negative consequence on the couple’s relationship.

A spokesperson from Reithoffer Shows  and the attorney from Newtown-based Kardos, Rickles, Hand and Bidlingmaier, who listed as representing the Burkes, was not immediately available for comment.
