A 2002 Honda Civic with five people inside rolled over several times after leaving the roadway before coming to rest in a grassy field, police said.
Two of the five injured people were taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown and the others were transported to Aria Health’s Torresdale Campus. Due to the amount of patients, Bensalem Emergency Medical Services, Bucks County Rescue Squad, Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad and Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad sent ambulances.
“The vehicle failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway, causing it to travel over a roadway divide median,” a press release from police stated.
