The Delaware Canal Festival will provide for an exciting weekend in Lower Bucks County.
The Bristol portion of the festival will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday at Lagoon Park at 700 Jefferson Avenue in the borough. The festival will include a cardboard boat float, a decorated boat parade, games and a rubber ducky float. A local Irish-American ban will provide music. This year, Bristol Borough Raising the Bar will sponsor the addition of several food trucks.

On Saturday, the festival will continue in Morrisville along the canal. The festivities in Morrisville will run from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
