The hood of a car came unlatched and was blamed for causing a traffic crash.
Pennsylvania State Police based in Trevose said a 32-year-old Bensalem woman was driving driving on the I-95 southbound entrance ramp around 4 p.m. Monday when the hood of her 2002 Nissan Altima came unlatched, flew up and blocked her view. The driver ended up traveling off the roadway and ending up on an embankment.
