Bristol Gardens’ owner Josh Klein matches the award every year inย recognition of the police departmentโ€™s service to the community.

The scholarship was launched in 2007 by the PBA.

Stuckey was killed not far from police headquarters on March 29, 1972 after he pulled over three men who had robbed a bank in Levittown. One of the three suspects shot and killed the seven-year veteran of the department.
