
Across Pennsylvania, state police have confiscated more than $16.2 million in heroin, marijuana and other illegal drugs.
The haul comes through many busts that happened during the first quarter of 2015 and does not include drugs seized by local police agencies.

In the first quarter of 2015, troopers seized over 21 pounds of heroin and over 54 pounds of cocaine with a combined approximate street value of over $9.6 million. In addition, state police seized over 157,000 prescription pills valued over $3.1 million and over four pounds of methamphetamines valued at over $183,000. Troopers seized over 1,400 pounds of marijuana with an estimated value of $1.9 million.
State police seized more than $107 million in prohibited drugs in 2014.
