Middletown police say on December 16 last year they responded to a call reporting a domestic disturbance at Foxwood Manor Apartments in Levittown. Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim. She claimed Maddela had pulled a knife out on her and pointed it at her. She told police she feared for her life, according to court documents.
Maddela threw her phone out of a window, then broke a television and caused damage to the bedroom and living room walls, according to a probable cause affidavit filed by Detective Andrew Amoroso.
A warrant was issued for Maddela’s arrest and he was arrested Tuesday by Penndel police.
