
Bristol ย Borough police have put one man behind bars in connection with a marijuana investigation that took them to Middletown’s Levittown section.
According to police, 23-year-old Marcellus Terrell Woodlyn was found to be in possession of the drug early Thursday morning.

Police, who executed search warrants for both Woodlyn’s apartment and vehicle, charged him with two felonies including manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a probable cause affidavit, officers uncovered numerous baggies containing marijuana and scales in Woodlyn’s apartment at Racquet Clubย in Levittown. Two large bags containing numerous baggies and vials of marijuana were found in his, police said.
Woodlyn, who awaits a preliminary hearing on April 15, was arraigned Thursday afternoon by District Judge Daniel Baranoski. He sits in Bucks County prison tonight on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.

This is not Woodlyn’s first run in with the law. He was served prison and probation sentences related to simple assault and possession in September 2013, possession of marijuana in June 2013 and four burglary-related charges in December 2010.
