Charges In Falls Twp. Robbery Case Dismissed By District Judge

A 46-year-old Bristol Township man has robbery and theft charges dismissed by a district judge on Tuesday.

Matthew Shea had the charges dismissed by District Judge Jan Vislosky during court Tuesday afternoon.

Shea was accused of robbing the Village Market on Mill Creek Road in Falls Township shortly after 3:30 p.m. on November 1.

Police were called to the store after the business’ hold up alarm was activated.
