Police launched an investigation into a 24-year-old man after they received a tip from a person concerned about his ability to drive.
Falls Township police arrested Kyle Coger of Fairless Hills recently and charged him with felony manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and several drug-related misdemeanor offenses.

According to court paperwork, an informant reported Coger to police on February 9 and stated they were concerned about his reckless driving that would allegedly happen when the 24 year old was intoxicated on drugs. The informant told police Coger was involved with marijuana and prescription pills.
Detectives began their investigation the next day and spoke further with the informant. The informant stated he suspected Coger had a gallon bag of marijuana he was set to sell and had also recently been planning to legally purchase a gun, court papers say.
The informant said he didn’t want to be involved with setting up Coger to sell drugs to anyone, but was very concerned about him hurting someone else, court papers say.

Police later that evening followed Coger in Fairless Hills after getting a tip he was driving on what the informant suspected was a mix of marijuana and prescription pills, according to court papers.
Investigators were later able to obtain a bag of marijuana from Coger’s apartment and delivered by the informant, court papers say.

A few days later, Coger met with a detective and admitted the bag of marijuana was his. He also admitted to planning to sell it, court papers say.
Police noted in documents that the bag contained 358 grams of marijuana.
Coger was arraigned by District Judge Jan Vislosky and released on $75,000 unsecured bail.
