A 49-acre property in Bristol Township will be auctioned online next month.

CBRE Auction Services will be selling the 49-acre site at 2301 Bristol Pike in the Croydon section of the township on March 18.

The bids for the property, which is mostly wooded, start at $350,000, according to a CBRE listing.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the heirs property’s late owner are “committed to selling at auction if they can get at least the minimum price.”

Tours of the property will be open for prospective bidders late this month and in early March. The tours are by appointment only.

The acreage for sale lies between neighborhoods, a bowling alley and a FedEx Freight facility.
