The Pennsbury School District is working to implement a new system that allows parental access to attendance and grading information.
Pennsbury Director of Technology Kevin Dorsey briefed the school board at last week’s meeting on the new Home Access system.

The district began working to implement the system last summer when student information was added. From there, IEPs and related documents were added this winter. Teachers have been trained and K-12 scheduling was done through the system.
Dorsey said teachers have begun entering grades in to the system.
Parents of high school students will soon be able to access the system and track their progress.

The district is letting parents register for Home Access via a link on the top right corner of the Pennsbury High School website.
The system will work on any web-enabled device, Dorsey said.

Dorsey said parents will be able to stop by Pennsbury High School’s West Campus on Thursday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. to get assistance registering for Home Access.
Parents on incoming ninth graders will get a chance to register later in the school year.
