A former janitor at Bucks County Community College was awarded a $83,000 judgment following a trial.
According the Pennsylvania Record, Felice Immordino, 58, of Levittown, alleged in the lawsuit that her former employer discriminated against her gender, made the work environment hostile and selectively enforced policies against her.

With fees for Immordino’s lawyer, her total judgement is up to $255,000.
