Dale Frazier has done a lot for the community.
On Saturday, Bristol Township officials recognized him by marking it “Dale Frazier Day” in honor of volunteer who founded the Greenbelt Overhaul Alliance of Levittown (GOAL). The group is a nonprofit that works to keep Levittown and the surrounding area clear of trash, waterway damming and undesirable plant species.

“Under Mr. Frazier’s leadership, GOAL garnered the support and accolades of countless environmental organizations. Dale and GOAL volunteers planted over 2,000 native trees, cleaned 16 miles of waterways, removed 300 tons of rubbish, recycled 3,400 tires and sponsored 56 educational seminars,” Bristol Township officials said in a press release.

A potluck dinner and tribute event for Frazier will be held Saturday night from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Bristol Township Senior Center on Bath Road. The dinner will feature door prices, music and an auction. Dinner is free if you bring your favorite dish.
