Cops: Assault Was Over Rent

Two people were hurt in an assault over rent money in Bristol Borough.

Police allege David Krescanko, 34, of Bristol, attacked one person with a baseball bat and assaulted another early Saturday morning in the 200 block of New Brook Street.

The assault required medics to take the two injured to Aria Health’s Torresdale campus for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The assault was over rent money, police said.

Krescanko is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and a single count of disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before District Judge Jan Vislosky and sent to county jail on 10 percent of $75,000.
