Middletown police are looking to speak with witnesses or anyone with information on Saturday night’s fatal accident.
One person was killed and two more injured in the three-vehicle crash that happened around 6 p.m. on Oxford Valley Road at Forsythia Drive South, police said. One of the drivers suffered serious injuries and the other had minor injuries.

“Initially looks like one driver possibly crossed into oncoming traffic to pass a vehicle ahead of her and struck another vehicle head on,” Chief of Police Joseph Bartorilla said.
The driver of the vehicle that is suspected of crossing into oncoming traffic died at St. Mary Medical Center, the chief said.
Firefighters and medics rushed to the scene of the crash and worked to assist the injured.
