Man Accused Of Spitting On Food Store Employee, Given Bail of $50

A man is accused of spitting on an employee at a local supermarket.

Falls Township police say Kevin Gerard Hill, 48, who has no fixed address, walked into the Giant Food Store in Fairless Hills Sunday around 6 p.m. and was refused service.

In response, Hill caused a disturbance and spit on a store employee, police said.

Officers responded and located Hill a short time later.

Hill was warned prior to Sunday’s incident not to go to the Giant Food Store, police said.

The 48 year old was charged with simple assault, defiant trespassing and harassment. He was arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $500 bail.
