Gelber is accused of selling Oxycodone to the informant on November 13 and November 14, both times in Tullytown, court papers say. The first sale happened in the 400 block of Main Street and the other sale happened at the Walmart in the Levittown Town Center, police allege.
Both sales involved the informant purchasing Oxycodone from Gelber for $50, according to court papers.
Gelber previously ran for Tullytown Borough Council and also served on the youth aid panel, a court alternative that handles minor first-time offenses committed by juveniles.

Police charged Gelber with various counts of criminal use of a communication facility, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gelber was arraigned Monday night and remanded to Bucks County Prison on 10 percent of $50,000.
Gelber also served time in jail in 2010 on drug charges. As recently as last month, he was paying off fees related to that drug case, court documents show.
