Sale of Narcotics

Jeffrey W. Lafferty, II, ย 24, of Yardley, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniel J. Vonberg, 23, of Levittown, was arrested for conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred on Saturday, Dec. 20ย at 8:24 p.m.ย on East Old Lincoln Highway.

John P. Hogan, 35, of Parkland, was picked up on a warrant out of Bucks County on Saturday, Dec. 20ย at 9:25 p.m.ย on Poplar Street. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffโ€™s Department.

Victim reports sometime between Dec. 18ย and 6:30 a.m.ย on Dec. 20, unknown actor(s) punched out the lock on his 2003 Ford, parked at Racquet Club Apartments and took a key lock and personal papers. The items are valued at $50.

The Macyโ€™s at the Oxford Valley Mall reports that on Sunday, Dec. 21ย at 10:29 a.m., two unknown actors took eight black Michael Kors hooded down jackets and fled the scene. The jackets were valued at $1,800.

Joseph Graef, 34, of Bristol, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 21ย at 8:25 p.m.ย on Arbutis Avenue for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of small amount of marijuana and open container.

Jeffrey Watts, 23, of Levittown was cited on Sunday, Dec. 21ย at 5:04ย p.m. at the Giant on New Falls Road for retail theft. $32.36 worth of merchandise was taken.

A 16 year old male juvenile from Levittown was cited on Sunday, Dec. 21ย at 2:55 p.m.ย at Hamilton Park Apartments for theft of services.

Victim reports sometime between 10 p.m. on Dec. 20ย and 7 a.m.ย on Dec. 21, unknown actor(s) smashed out the passenger side window of his van, parked at Foxwood Manor Apartments and removed $700 worth of tools.

Yumeka Fletcher, age 44 of Trenton, New Jersey was arrested for retail theft on Monday, Dec. 22ย at 3:43 p.m. at Aeropostale, Childrenโ€™s Place, and H & M Stores in the ย Oxford Valley Mall. ย $255.40 from Aeropostale and $49.95 from H & M Store were taken and it is unknown at this time what was taken from Childrenโ€™s Place.

Foot Locker at theย  Oxford Valley Mall reports on Monday, Dec. 22ย at 6 p.m., three unknown actor(s) removed two sweatshirts from the store. The merchandise was valued at $260.

Henry Black, 54, of Philadelphia, was cited for Retail Theft on Monday,ย Dec. 22 at 2:05 p.m.ย at the Giant on New Falls Road. $61.08 worth of merchandise was taken.

Kimberly Loran, age 19 of Trenton, New Jersey, was cited for retail theft on Tuesday, Dec. 23ย at 8:32 p.m. at the Sears in the Oxford Valley Mall. ย $127.50 worth of merchandise. was taken.

Richard J. Costigan III was cited on Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 1:12 p.m. for disorderly conduct on Forsythia Drive East.

Possession of Narcotics

Kevin Carotenuto, 21, of Norwood, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Tuesday,ย Dec. 23ย at 12:20 a.m.ย on Sweetgum Road for possession of narcotics.
