A Hatboro man waived charges of robbery, theft and receiving stolen property onto trial before a district judge last week.
Joseph Estock Jr., 34, is accused of robbing the Wawa at the corner of Green Lane and Farragut Avenue in Bristol Borough in June.

Court papers filed by police alleged the 34-year-old walked into the Wawa around 8:30 p.m. and demanded a clerk give him money from the register, police said.
During the robbery, Estock placed his left hand in his pocket like he had a weapon, police said.
Estock made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

Borough police caught up with the Estock a few blocks away and took him into custody.
Witnesses told LevittownNow.com that Estock had a distinctive limp while entering and leaving the convenience store.
