UPDATED: Police Seek Witnesses To Serious Lincoln Highway Crash
A serious multi-vehicle crash happened outside the Lincoln Highway entrance to the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown Wednesday night.
The crash was reported around 8:30 p.m. and involved several vehicles.

At least one person had serious injuries, according to an emergency official.
Bystanders said first responders were quick to arrive to the scene and tend victims.
“The force of the impact caused the axle to snap and the rear wheel to come off of one vehicle,” an Examiner.com report said.

Several fire companies along with medics and police responded to the scene.
The crash shut down the section of Lincoln Highway between Oxford Valley Road and Woodbourne Road for several hours.
