Police are looking for people they believe were victimized by the owner of Bensalem-based Dolbow Video Production.
Bensalem investigators said they arrested 31-year-old Michael Dolbow III on Tuesday and charged him with theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking, deceptive business practices and a related offense.

The 31-year-old is accused of taking more than $40,000 in payments for work to be done by his video production company. In exchange Dolbow delivered only partial services or none at all, according to police.
The investigation began in summer after numerous complaints came in to police. Authorities said a majority of the complaints came from couples who hired Dolbow and his company for video services for their weddings.
Dolbow took payments for video and lighting services that were not or only partly provided, police said.

“While some of the victims were able to obtain partial service, many received no services at all and were never able to recover any of their money,” police said.
Dolbow was arraigned by District Judge Joseph P. Falcone and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $70,000.
