Police Look To ID Suspect In Deli Burglary


Middletown Township police are looking to identify the man the suspect burglarized a deli.

The Maple Deli in the 1500 block of West Maple Avenue reports that someone broke in and stole roughly 100 Pennsylvania instant lottery tickets and about 50 packs of cigarettes. According to released information, the crime took place between 6 p.m. on November 5 and 6 a.m. on November 6. The suspect gained entry to the business by breaking a window.

Police noted that between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. on November 6, several of the stolen lottery tickets were redeemed at local businesses. The released pictures depict the individual who redeemed the stolen tickets, and a picture of their vehicle.

The released information states the vehicle appears to be a 2010 Toyota Highlander that is green in color with a black car bra on the front end. The vehicle was driven by a second suspect, police said.
