A woman had her purse snatched at the BJ’s Wholesale Club in Falls Township on Sunday evening.
The woman was loading her trunk after purchasing items at the BJ’s on Commerce Boulevard when she felt a tug on her purse around 6 p.m. The woman discovered a male suspect in the passenger seat of an Acura pulled near her was yanking on her purse, police said.

The suspect, who had stubble on his face, grabbed the purse filled with credit cards, cash and identification and the Acura sped off, according to police.
A witness, according to police, told the woman she was almost struck by the Acura as it sped out of the parking lot.
Bensalem police responded to a similar incident at the Giant in that township.
